Lead Interior Designer while working for Think+Shift

This design was for a Kiwi couple who are to open up the first Kiwi Creamery store in Houston. The Design of the physical store was to have a New Zealand aesthetic and atmosphere, balancing the casual atmosphere of the kiwi culture and the artisan ice-cream experience ‘Raw and Natural’ describes the product and the cafe environment took these values on through the materials and finishes used (eg. plants, wood, ingredients). The long narrow site demanded a thoughtful approach to the functionality of the retail space.
